TODAY, WE ARE UPGRADING shares of TiVo from Underperform to Market Perform and advising investors to close out short positions.

Our intraday downgrade to Underperform on Jan. 31 was based on the hype following TiVo's patent win against Dish Network and the fact that we have seen this movie before: Big gains after an announcement have typically not been sustained.
