Microsoft To Buy Ad Software Provider Rapt
Microsoft (MSFT) this morning announced an agreement to acquire Rapt, a San Francisco-based provider of advertising yield management solutions for digital media publishers. Microsoft says the Rapt software will become part of its Atlas Publisher Suite.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
